Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

HCB Her Closet Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is misdelivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter completely out of our control.

Please note, refunds are refunded as debit or credit, we will issue the refund to that same card or store credit in the form of an HCB E-Gift Card. HCB does not return the original shipping charges.

​ We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for a refund on all qualified items. Within 7 days from your receipt of delivery, you may initiate a return for qualified merchandise. ​​

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with their original tags.

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an HCB E-Gift Card or Credit/Debit Card Returns. Contact hcbandco@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your full name and order number in the message. Allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our distribution center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you your refund.
E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable immediately!
