Terms & Conditions

Shipping and Delivery 

  • Orders placed are typically processed between 24-72 hours 

 

  • USPS is our primary shipping service for orders shipped within the U.S. 

 

  • For international orders, we ship via USPS. 

 

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. 

 

  • HCB Her Closet Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is misdelivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter completely out of our control.

 

  • HCB Her Closet Boutique WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND ON STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES

 

Returns Policy 

Please note, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an HCB E-Gift Card. HCB does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

  • ​ We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for a refund on all qualified items. Within 7 days from your receipt of delivery, you may initiate a return for qualified merchandise. ​

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of your receipt of delivery ​

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with their original tags ​

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an HCB E-Gift Card. Contact hcbandco@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your full name and order number in the message. Allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our distribution center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of an HCB E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable immediately!
